Which countries do you ship your swag to?
We are currently shipping to all countries within the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We'll be bringing our swag to the rest of the world as soon as we can.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using PayPal or Credit Card.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Usually your order should arrive within 5-7 working days, if we display shipment dates for pre-orders, know that these are purely informational. Our goal is always to get you the best Product, so from time to time finishing a Product takes some more time.
What about customs, taxes or duty fees?
International orders may have additional fees applied to them by local customs authorities. Sadly, we're unable to estimate or prepay those customs duties. Please be aware that you'll be responsible for any additional fees. If you are unsure how customs fees work, please contact your local customs agency.
How do the pre-orders work?
Please be aware that you are placing a preorder for a product that is still in production. It means that delivery time, or final look of the product can change.
When placing a pre-order, you secure your copy of the product and you also pre-pay the shipment costs. Where the price for the product is usually final, the delivery costs can change slightly, although we will always do our best to provide you with the best shipment rate possible.

Can I return a product I ordered?
You may return any ordered product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in the original packaging. You can start the return procedure by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Important: Items returned for a refund must be in new condition - unworn (except to try on), unwashed, and unused. Collectibles, plush toys, and similar items are non-returnable if they've been opened or removed from their original package. Any items that are received in less than new condition can't be returned to stock and won't be processed as a return. We will reach out to you if the returned item is found to be unsellable.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. It is possible to cancel your order before shipment has been arranged.
Simply contact us at email@example.com with the order number you wish us to cancel and we will take it from there.
The product that I bought is damaged/broken/incomplete/etc/
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will help you with the return and the replacement.
